1. Seller
These terms apply to all orders in this online store from SUVENE, trade name of Arnau Torne Amell, sole trader (autónomo) established in Spain, Carrer Santa Marta 13-15, 08800 Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona), NIF 47634407G, email support@suvene.nl.
2. Products
The main characteristics, sizes, colours and prices are shown on the product pages. Photos are for illustration. We sell while stocks last; if an item is unavailable after your order, we will inform you and refund the amount.
3. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Any costs are shown before you complete your order. The price at the time of ordering applies.
4. Order
You select the items, check your cart, details and total and confirm your order with an obligation to pay. You receive a confirmation by email. We may refuse an order for a legitimate reason, for example fraud.
5. Payment
You pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. The order is processed after the payment is confirmed.
6. Delivery
See our shipping page. We deliver within the agreed period; if that is not possible, you have your statutory rights, including termination and refund.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. See our returns page for the full conditions and the model form.
8. Warranty
You are entitled to the statutory warranty for products that do not conform to the contract. These terms do not limit those rights.
