How to return

The direct cost of returning the item is at your expense. You may try the item on as you would in a shop; you may be liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.
Refund
After a valid withdrawal we refund the full purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, no later than 14 days after your notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or you have sent proof of shipment. We refund using the same payment method you used.

Your statutory rights in case of a defective or non-conforming product always apply. In that case, contact us at support@suvene.nl.
